At Model Cars Plus we aim to give you 100%
customer satisfaction. We stock a variety of model
diecast cars in a range of different scales and there's
hopefully something there for you. Our stock is
always being added to, so if there isn't, be sure to
check back on a regular basis.
Easy site navigation and easy purchasing, as well as a
simple to work out postage format, combines to bring
you an enjoyable time browsing.
UK Postal Rates
For purchases up to £10, postage is £2.49
For purchases up to £30, postage is £4.99
For purchases over £30, our postage is £7.99
Overseas Postal Rates
For overseas postal rates, please contact us prior to making a
purchase. We will then inform you of what the postal/shipping
charge will be dependant upon your location. Remember,
if you are purchasing from outside the UK, you may be
subject to import duties and/or local taxes, which are
levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any
additional charges must be met by the customer.

All online payments are done through Paypal.

Purchase/Payment Options
If you prefer, you can always pay by cheque or postal
order. In order to do this, simply phone or email your order
and we will reserve your items. We will also give you
the necessary details required for you to complete your
transaction. No goods will be despatched until we have
cheque clearance. Please note, we do not accept card
payments on phone/email orders.
Overseas Buyers
We welcome customers from overseas but as
previously stated, you will need to contact us prior to
purchasing in order to determine what the shipping cost
will be. This will be worked out on the size of your
purchase and your location.
Delivery
We aim to despatch orders within two days.
Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase,
you may return it for a full refund provided that you do
so within seven days of receipt and that the item is
returned in its original saleable condition, and in its
original packaging. You must also ensure that any such
items are packaged in such a way that they will not get
damaged in the post. Any such items must also be
sent 'signed for'.
The postage costs, including return postage, must be
met by the customer.
Damaged Goods
If your goods are damaged upon receipt, you must notify us within
three days in order for us to offer a suitable replacement or refund.
Statuary Rights
Your statuary rights are not affected by these terms and conditions.
